Job Description
The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of at least 3-4 people, ensuring successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience working in a web/IT related field in Kuwait and hold a university degree in MIS or Computer Science. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent knowledge of web development technologies, including ASP.NET, SQL Server, AJAX, and Silverlight SharePoint. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to motivate people, and provide incentives for a healthy working environment. A certification in managing projects (e.g., PMP Certification) is desirable.
