Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cementing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in well construction and cementing, with experience in designing and executing cementing jobs, developing and implementing cementing design programs, and providing technical guidance during operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute cementing jobs using the DEE cycle, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.
- Develop and implement cementing design programs, including slurry and spacer designs, based on wellsite conditions.
- Provide technical guidance during operations, addressing challenges such as HPHT wells, reservoirs, and lost circulation.
- Conduct pre- and post-job analyses to optimize service quality and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oilfield services, with exposure to technical support, operations, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in industry-standard engineering tools and software, particularly in cementing and pumping services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build client relationships.
