Job Summary:

We are seeking an Oil and Gas Site Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment at the wellsite.

Main Duties:
  • Deliver accurate and timely job results.
  • Conduct regular meetings with crew members to discuss upcoming jobs and ensure everyone is prepared.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report any issues or defects.
  • Ensure all personnel follow proper safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare equipment for deployment and assist in setting it up.
  • Carry out manual tasks related to tool preparation.
  • Set up and dismantle equipment and sensors.
  • Operate equipment within designated competency levels and job requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors or engineers, both on-site and remotely.
  • Act as a crew leader when assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain required PPE and follow HSE guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment across business units.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience.
