A key role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs and coordinates the operation of equipment to optimize its efficiency.
  • Ensures mechanical efficiency of equipment is maintained, and economical efficiency is achieved.
Plant Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and optimizes preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Cordinates with production for executing preventive maintenance at daily meetings.
  • Attends and analyzes the root cause of selective maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Optimizes operations to achieve better efficiency and minimize wastages.
  • Maintains critical parameters, ensures schedules are upheld, and works as planned.
  • Monitors consumption of spare parts and other materials into Maximo.
  • Reviews and improves preventive maintenance programs according to local requirements.
  • Directs shift engineers/technicians to sustain and continuously improve efficiencies.
  • Accountable for total efficiencies of the process.
  • Provides support to resolve technical issues in the section and other departments.
  • Ensures efficient running of machines, equipment, and facilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • Work Experience: 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Required Professional Skills:
  • Supervising: Proven supervisory skills.
  • Fabrication and Welding Management: Strong understanding of welding and fabrication management principles.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, Oracle, and related software programs.
  • Process Expertise: Must be trained on process expert level.
  • Battery Operated Transporters Knowledge: Basic knowledge of battery operated transporters.
