About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage overall operations of the spa to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure client experience is proficient, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
  • Manage and develop spa team members, focusing on motivation, quality service, and ongoing development.
  • Drive revenue growth through creative approaches to alternative programs and schemes.
  • Meet departmental financial targets while maintaining awareness of security and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Management experience within the spa industry.
  • Ability to meet financial targets and work under pressure.
  • Excellent grooming standards and willingness to develop team members and self.
  • Flexibility to respond to various work situations and ability to work independently or in teams.
