Job Description

At Abroad Work, we are seeking a skilled SS Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and repairing metal components, structures, and machinery made from stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in metal component creation.
  • Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal components with precision.
  • Cut, shape, and bend stainless steel using various tools and equipment.
  • Assemble and fit stainless steel components and structures together.
  • Weld, bolt, and rivet stainless steel components and structures together.
  • Polish and finish stainless steel components to a high-quality finish.
  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in the fabrication process.

Work Environment
Our SS fabricator may work in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, engineering, and automotive. They may work independently or as part of a team, and they must be able to work accurately and efficiently to meet project deadlines. They should also have good communication skills to work with other team members and to understand and follow instructions. In addition, SS fabricators should have a good understanding of stainless steel properties and fabrication techniques to create high-quality products.
