Sales Consultant Role


We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to join our team in Kuwait.

About the Role:


As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and fostering enduring relationships.


You will be responsible for assisting customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, engaging actively in the sales process, and cultivating positive customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Service: Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
  • Sales: Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, and leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure personalized updates and offers.
  • Store Presentation: Contribute to the overall store presentation by maintaining visual standards and ensuring products are displayed according to the brand's image.
  • Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
  • Digital Tools: Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

Requirements:



  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, reflecting our commitment to diversity.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market (online and offline).
  • Teamwork: Flexible to adapt to evolving business and customer needs. Strong team player.
