**Senior Manager, Business Excellence Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our business excellence initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and eTOM principles.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecommunications or service-based businesses, with leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the quality management system, ensuring communication with certification bodies.
  • Execute quality management practices to ensure maintenance of the management system.
  • Maintain integration with various management systems, ensuring adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain an eTOM-related business process framework.
  • Maintain process maps and definitions for key business processes.
  • Identify and agree on key process performance indicators.
  • Define process performance management tools and get cross-functional approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or science.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a telecom company or service-based business.
  • Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of management systems, process development, and business operations.
  • ISO Certified Lead Auditor or EFQM Assessor.
