Job Summary

The Project HSE role is responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites within the oil and gas industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Safety Policies: Ensure compliance with relevant HSE legislation and KOC HSE requirements.
  2. Maintain Statistical Data: Monitor and record safety incidents, near misses, and accidents.
  3. Provide Training and Guidance: Advise EPC contractors on HSE issues, training programs, and risk assessments.
  4. Develop Relationships: Foster professional relationships with KOC, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or HSE related field.
  • Post-qualification experience in Oil & Gas industry.
  • Practical experience in identifying and controlling HSE issues on construction sites.
  • Familiarity with HSE reporting procedures and common construction activities.
