Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our internal departments, ensuring that our business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal advice on all types of matters related to the Company's business.
  • Liaising with tenants, investors, third parties, various regulatory bodies, semi-governmental and governmental authorities.
  • Preparing and reviewing litigation briefs filed by or against the Company.
  • Attending police and/or court proceedings to ensure the Company's interests are properly represented.
