**Job Description**About the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our team. The candidate will work alongside the existing Tax Senior Manager and report directly to the Head of Group Tax. This role is critical to supporting our international tax strategy, ensuring compliance with emerging tax regulations, and providing hands-on guidance across our regional operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure the company's compliance with global tax regulations including Pillar Two, CbCR, and DMTT laws in the region.
  • Provide proactive tax advice on cross-border transactions, group restructurings, and intercompany arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of TP documentation, contribute to the value chain analysis, and support TP audits.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a robust tax risk framework and internal controls. Contribute to policy development and risk registers.
  • Support group entities with tax audits and disputes. Liaise with external advisors and legal counsel where needed.
  • Contribute to tax provision calculations, ETR monitoring, and quarterly group tax reporting.
**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in international tax.
  • ADIT-qualified or in progress (strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience in tax advisory, compliance, and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong working knowledge of OECD guidelines and MENA region tax laws.
