We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics function, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

This role requires coordination with logistics partners, vendors, and suppliers to optimize transportation routes, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Logistics Management:
    • Plan, implement, and manage logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and delivery.
  • Purchasing/Procurement:
    • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure on-time availability of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Management:
    • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and space optimization.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, reduce wastage, and minimize stock-outs.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and supervise teams across logistics, procurement, and warehousing functions.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting:
    • Manage budgets for logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain roles is necessary.

A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects is essential.

Proficiency in supply chain software, such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, WMS, is required.

Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with reporting tools are necessary.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP tools is advantageous.
