Project Management Responsibilities
  • Project Standardization: Establish and maintain project management standards and processes to ensure consistent execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Facilitation: Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ongoing updates among cross-functional teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues in project execution and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Documentation: Develop a centralized project tracking system for project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
