Reception Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Reception Associate to join our Front Desk team at Hyatt Regency Al Kout.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception area, providing exceptional customer service to all guests, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key qualifications include a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, a minimum of 1 year's experience in hotel operations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, we require candidates to be bilingual (Arabic & English) and flexible when it comes to working shifts.
