  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in mandatory opening and closing procedures to ensure work is performed to required quality standards.
  • Tips and Counting: Count and record tips while adhering to norms and internal standards.
  • Brand Targets: Contribute to achieving set targets for the brand shop.
  • Training and Development: Conduct briefings and training for assigned team members as needed and monitor performance, providing feedback to higher management.

Languages & Technical Skills

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Education

A technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.

Experience

Two to four years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role is necessary.
