System Support Engineer - Kuwait

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a System Support Engineer in Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing technical support services to our Health Information System, ensuring its continuous operation and efficient use.

Your duties will include administering and coordinating system maintenance activities, assisting clients in generating reports using SQL queries, and providing advice on system functions to users. You will also be responsible for documenting system amendments, testing system compatibility with new OS releases, and adhering to internal policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, proficient in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration and SQL Database Administration. Microsoft System Administration and ITIL certification is also required. Additionally, you will need adequate SQL knowledge and programming skills, preferably MEDITECH HIS Training and Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Providing system support services during company working hours and after working hours (24x7 support) as may be required by the Company
  • Administering and ensuring continuous operation of the Health Information and related systems
  • Coordination with internal teams for system maintenance and other activities
  • Assisting clients in generating reports using SQL queries from the database
  • Testing system compatibility with new OS release
  • Adherence to client internal policies
