  7. Coordinate onboarding formalities, including background checks, clearances, and visa processes.

  10. Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities to continuously reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  13. Keep recruitment tracking systems and databases up to date.
  14. Represent the organization at job fairs and career events.
  15. Handle tight recruitment deadlines in accordance with client requirements and internal targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification/accreditation is required.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in recruitment (internal and agency side).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and overseas recruitment regulations.
  • Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding formalities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
