We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to lead and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensure timely hiring, compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to overall HR objectives by building a strong employer brand and sourcing top talent locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Drive the manpower planning process while ensuring adherence to staffing budgets.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: pre-screening, interviewing, and communicating outcomes with candidates.
- Create and maintain positive, efficient end-to-end hiring processes.
- Research and implement up-to-date market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
- Develop job descriptions and interview materials based on role requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities including background checks, clearances, and visa processes.
- Maintain a proactive recruiting strategy to minimize time-to-fill for open positions.
- Manage and execute social media recruitment strategies for various job profiles.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities to continuously reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Government Relations teams for smooth personnel deployment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and updates related to recruitment and employment.
- Keep recruitment tracking systems and databases up to date.
- Represent the company at job fairs and career events, both locally and abroad.
- Handle tight recruitment deadlines in accordance with client requirements and internal targets.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification/accreditation is required.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in recruitment (internal and agency side).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and overseas recruitment regulations.
- Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding formalities.
