We are seeking an experienced Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trade operations, settlements, and financial markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily trade operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution, settlement, and reconciliation of trades.
- Monitoring trade flows across different asset classes, including equities and ETFs.
- Ensuring all trades are executed in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigating and resolving trade discrepancies, failed trades, or settlement issues.
- Maintaining records of all trade activities and preparing reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in trade operations, settlements, or a related financial operations role.
- Experience working in brokerage firms, fintech companies, or investment institutions is preferred.
- Experience with financial market infrastructures (exchanges, clearinghouses, custodians).
- Proficiency in using trade order management systems, reconciliation tools, and reporting software.
- Knowledge of blockchain-based financial transactions and digital assets is a plus.
