About the Position
  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in, ensuring a smooth transition to their VIP room.
  • Evaluate guest rooms to guarantee high-quality standards and include requested amenities.
  • Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby, serving as the main point of contact for guests.

This position requires a calm, efficient, and organized demeanor, superb communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding levels of service. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with demanding guests.

Responsibilities
  • Review guest arrival reports prior to check-in to coordinate room allocations.
  • Stay informed about hotel offerings, services, pricing, and promotional events to provide exceptional guest experiences.
