•Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
•Assist in the improvement of operational systems and processes.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
•Proven experience in an operations role or similar.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
