Role Description Supervise daily labor activities on site, ensuring work is executed as per the project plan and standards. Serve as the main communication point between the labors and the manager. Be responsible for managing and updating the snag list across projects. Ensure safety regulations are being followed by all laborers.. Qualifications Proven experience in aluminum work (fabrication, installation, etc.). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and resolve issues on site. Experience handling snag lists and project follow-ups. Basic reporting and documentation skills.
