TABCo's growth will continue through the introduction of new food concepts and brands that align with its mission to enhance the region's food experience with smarter and sustainable choices.
The Role
The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities for the growth of TABCo Food and optimizing various business development strategies. Additionally, you will provide project management support to ensure projects are delivered within the established budget and timeline.
The Responsibilities
- Identify development needs to streamline and improve the operations of TABCo Food for efficiency and profitability.
- Perform competitor analysis to increase market share.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, document outcomes, and coordinate follow-ups to support project requirements.
- Conduct data and gap analysis.
- Assist in project management at various stages, including research, testing, and implementation of new systems and products.
- Analyze market trends related to innovations and recommend ways to realize savings and improve business processes.
- Create business requirements documents, user training manuals, guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Support in conducting in-depth data analysis using spreadsheets and specialized tools such as project management software.
- Review progress of implemented changes periodically to ensure they remain on track and support continuous improvement.
- Own problems and drive resolution by implementing best practices and coordinating with stakeholders promptly.
The Qualifications
- Engineering or Operations Management degree with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of data management and category planning methods.
- Awareness of the environmental impact of business and human activities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
