We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our growing Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, have a deep understanding of child development, and possess the ability to create a rich, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

1. Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the British EYFS curriculum to children aged 3-5.
2. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and learning experiences that promote exploration, creativity, and early literacy/numeracy skills.
3. Use a variety of assessment methods to track student progress and inform planning.
4. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that supports each child's personal, social, emotional, and academic development.
5. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of student learning and contribute to formal reporting and parent-teacher meetings.
7. Collaborate closely with other Early Years teachers and school leaders to ensure alignment of teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
8. Participate in school-wide events, professional development opportunities, and curriculum reviews.
9. Uphold the school's values and policies, including those related to safeguarding, equality, and behaviour management.
10. Encourage student independence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.

1. Bachelors Degree in Education or related field (Masters degree preferred).
2. Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.).
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a British curriculum setting.
4. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Adaptability to work in a culturally diverse international setting.
7. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

1. Monthly Salary: Approximately KWD 1000 NET, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
2. Accommodation: Free, fully furnished single accommodation with utilities included or Housing Allowance of KWD 150/month. Teachers with families may access a 2-bedroom apartment for KWD 90/month.
3. Transportation: Free two-way school transport for the first 3 months; continued service available for KWD 20/month thereafter.
4. Airfare: Initial joining ticket from home country; annual summer return ticket and return ticket at the end of contract.
5. Medical Insurance: Government health insurance for first two years; private health insurance from year three.
6. School Fee Discounts: 100% discount on tuition fees for up to two children (subject to management approval).
7. Visa Reimbursement: Up to KWD 100 for visa expenses in home country (upon submission of receipts).

1. Contract Length: Two years, renewable by mutual agreement.
2. Working Days: Approximately 177 teaching days per year.
3. Working Hours: 07:10 AM to 02:40 PM, Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are weekends.
