Responsibilities:
- Design Transport Solution equipment such as Refrigerated Boxes, Cargo Bodies, Tipper Bodies, Low Bed/Flat Bed Trailers, and Fuel/Water/Vacuum/Sewage Tankers.
- Design static equipment including Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns (per ASME Sec-VIII Div-1), AGFT, UGFT, Silos, etc.
- Participate in kick-off and design approval meetings with end users and consultants.
- Review sub-vendors' drawings and obtain client approvals.
- Coordinate with the production department to resolve drawing-related issues and raise deviations when required.
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems to meet project specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use CAD and other design software to create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform engineering calculations to ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically related to transport solution products and static equipment design.
- Experience in designing as per ASME standards (Sec-VIII Div-1).
- Age: 25–45 years.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Open to all genders.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, PV Elite, Compress, and AutoCAD.
- Strong estimation and cost analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
