The Role

This regional role will collaborate with peers and the executive leadership team to design, implement, and embed the company's talent & performance strategy. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the retention and development of top talent aligned with the company's values and methodology.

The key responsibilities include developing a robust and innovative talent, performance, and compensation framework, building talent programs across all organizational levels, and leading a team of Talent professionals.

The Criteria

To qualify for this role, you should be an experienced in-house talent management professional with strong stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kuwait.
