Responsibilities

1. Pre-Opening & Launch Strategy

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end launch plan for the brand, including site selection, fit-out, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee licensing, compliance, and regulatory approvals for opening multiple locations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including store managers, supply chain specialists, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a seamless market entry strategy.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Establish and manage supplier relationships for raw materials, packaging, and inventory procurement.
  • Develop a robust supply chain strategy, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time stock availability.
  • Set up import and distribution channels for sourced products while ensuring quality and compliance with local regulations.

3. Restaurant Operations & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement operational SOPs, ensuring consistency across locations.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen management, quality control, customer service, and cost management.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement training programs for staff to maintain operational excellence and brand standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L for each location.
  • Optimize labor and operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain and restaurant operations.

4. Growth & Expansion

  • Develop a scalable operational model for future store openings.
  • Identify key franchise or company-owned growth opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge to adapt to trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations, F&B, or QSR chains (sweet/dessert industry is a plus).
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling restaurants, including pre-opening strategy.
  • Strong supply chain, procurement, and logistics management experience.
  • Expertise in managing multi-unit operations, P&L, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with international brands and adapting them to new markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and managing teams.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, compliance, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
