Meet with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve any behavioral or academic problems. Attend professional development workshops and educational conferences to maintain and improve professional competence. Establish and enforce rules for class management and student behavior. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies/History/Geography from a recognized university in the UK, CA, US, AU, NZ.

A TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, Scandinavian countries (Due to Visa restrictions).

Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to pass IELTS score of 7.

Must have excellent classroom management skills and be able to deal effectively with student behavior issues.

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years teaching experience in Social Studies at Middle-High School level.

Must be culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment.

Monthly Salary Range:

Competitive TAX-FREE Monthly Salary KD 725 - 1175 depending on qualifications and experience.

Housing:

One or two-bedroom apartment depending on marital status and family size. Utilities paid by the school when staying in school accommodation.
