We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing posts and campaigns, analyzing performance data, and engaging with the online community to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing posts and campaigns, analyzing performance data, and engaging with the online community to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) in line with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute social media calendars and content schedules.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and social media trends.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends.
  • Identify influencers and opportunities for collaborations to grow audience and engagement.
  • Handle crisis communication or negative feedback appropriately and proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics), and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s), e.g., English and Arabic].
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design, storytelling, and branding.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in photography, videography, or video editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • May require occasional go to events or branches for content creation.
  • Flexible working hours based on campaign schedules or live coverage needs.
