We're seeking a skilled and proactive Service Technician to join our team. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and servicing of coffee equipment, as well as general shop upkeep. You will be essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines and related equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across shop facilities
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Assist store teams with repairs, including lighting, signage, and fixtures
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and service schedules
  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed
  • Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in all tasks

Requirements

  • Residency in Kuwait with a transferrable visa 18
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities repair, or similar technical roles
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and repair skills
  • Familiarity with commercial coffee equipment is a plus
  • Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and technical instructions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to handle urgent issues, including occasional off-hours work
  • Valid driver's license (if travel between locations is required)
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail maintenance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
