  • Manage Banking Systems from origination to resolution, including but not limited to Reconciliation, Supply Chain, AML and other assigned Bank's systems.
  • Experience with developing and configuring application rules, workflows and exception handling processes.
  • Work experience with ETL tools, SQL, APIs to enable data ingestion and transformation.
  • Experience with FIS Data Integrity Manager (DIM) reconciliation system and/or Coupa SCM system is advantage.
  • Experience in supporting Websites and other such web portals and Cloud based applications.
  • Experience with Application and Web Servers such as IIS, Weblogic, JBOSS, etc.
  • Ensure that applications support services are provided in a timely, efficient, and effective manner to the Bank.
  • Understanding of technical and functional aspects of Banking business.
  • Identify best solutions for support requests such as making modifications to system parameters, developing workarounds etc.
  • Coordinate with team members within the stakeholders on raised incidents, problems, and bug fixes.
  • Coordinate on the delivery of applications support services from third party suppliers and identify any problems and ensure these are dealt with expeditiously.
  • Provide appropriate documentation in relation to the application environment is always current and available.
  • Provide the level of internal support necessary and expected in line with agreements with business units.
