Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Direct Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing sales presentations, and closing sales deals. Additionally, tasks will include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting training sessions for new clients on the use of our applications and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in the technology or software sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities:

2- Daily Deal Closing

3- Weekly reporting and attending meetings if required

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other freelancers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.
