Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing lease agreements and lease administration, conducting market research, overseeing property management, and ensuring resident retention. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating lease terms, coordinating with tenants, managing lease documentation, and developing strategies to enhance property value and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong skills in Market Research
- Knowledge of Property Management
- Ability to ensure and improve Resident Retention
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Kuwait is a plus
