Reporting To: Finance Manager

Experience Required: Qualified CA with 0–1 year of experience

Note: We are specifically looking for young, recently qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with a solid academic foundation and strong analytical capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of IFRS, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards

Skills and Responsibilities

  1. Review of the standalone Trial Balance (TB) of the Company and consolidation of the TB.
  2. Prepare consolidated schedules of the Company for quarterly and year-end audits.
  3. Liaise with external and internal auditors and resolve queries raised by them for various divisions.
  4. Prepare and submit timely and accurate monthly financial statements and reports for the Leasing division, ensuring compliance with accepted accounting principles.
  5. Perform monthly financial analysis of accounts/areas to identify major deviations from the previous year or budget.
  6. Develop one and five-year financial plans by analyzing historical data, developing trends, and preparing projections for the Leasing Division.
  7. Ensure monthly sales incentives and commissions are prepared in accordance with company policies.
  8. Compile data and prepare financial reports as requested by Management.
  9. Review reconciliation reports and overdues for suppliers and customers.
  10. Manage treasury functions, including optimal utilization of funds and investments.
  11. Review internal controls periodically and recommend improvements.
  12. Review insurance contracts for better coverage and claims processing.
  13. Assist in stock management and liquidation planning.
  14. Review receivable and payable aging reports and take corrective actions to reduce aging.
  15. Review payroll processes for the Leasing division.
  16. Review cost sheets related to Leasing.
  17. Review fixed assets schedules.
  18. Support other finance functions as required by Management.
