Key Skills:
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager [Mandatory]
- Candidate should hold +5 years working experience in System Center Operations Manager covering all core features in Administration, Authoring, Monitoring and Reporting.
- Lead proactive delivery of solutions and supportability reviews for customers.
- Proven experience in MCEM/SCCM deployment and infrastructure including design, management, and implementation experience.
- Utilize knowledge of the customer MECM environment to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage software distribution including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on global basis using both MCEM/SCCM and Intune platforms.
- Prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules and distributions.
- Create packages, collections, and advertisements for distributions.
- Create reports and dashboards for use in planning corporate hardware and software requirements.
- Provide 3rd level support for SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of other System Center products, especially Virtual Machine Manager, Service Manager, Orchestrator and Data Protection Manager
- General knowledge of SQL configuration and clustering.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong organization, time management, project management and negotiation skills desired.
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces.
