Responsibilities

1- Business Strategy & Market Growth:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer demand and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to inform business decisions.
  • Align company objectives with principal brand strategies to ensure synergy in market execution.
  • Develop end to end customer journey mapping and enriching all touch point across retail sales, ecommerce and service.

2- Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and sales performance.
  • Provide regular market feedback and insights to the principal to refine product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the principal on marketing initiatives including advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital presence to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

3- Retail & Channel Marketing:

  • Coordinate with retailers and distribution partners to enhance product visibility and drive joint marketing efforts.
  • Ensure high visibility of key products through strategic marketing placement.

4- Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid media, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Manage brand presence across social media platforms and drive audience engagement and loyalty.

5- Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor and develop marketing teams to drive departmental success.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, training, and development initiatives.

6- Market Research & Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports on campaign ROI, effectiveness, sales & business performance, and market trends.

7- Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of strategies.

8- Operational Excellence:

  • Continuous process improvement aiming to decrease costs, exceed customer expectation, meet KPIs and increase profitability.

9- Reporting & Communication:

  • Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts. Adjust plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders, including principal brands, retailers, and media partners.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced certifications in Marketing or Sales Strategy is a plus.

Experience

  • Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years
  • Field of Experience : 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and business management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
  • Prior experience managing marketing, digital marketing, sales, and product management.
  • Experience in working with multinational consumer electronics brands (e.g., LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, revenue expansion, and customer engagement.

  • Proven ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
  • Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales data effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs & preferences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media campaigns, and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales reporting & digital marketing tools.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in brand management, marketing strategy, & competitive positioning.
