Role Purpose

Accountable for inspecting the interior and exterior design of retail stores, supporting retail shop collateral needs from suppliers, and maintaining the quality of existing retail stores.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for retail development as per Retail Branding Guidelines and directives from the Manager Channel Premises.
  • Maintain standards across all retail stores to ensure service quality for each retail segment.
  • Oversee the rebranding process managed by the revamp group.
  • Coordinate relations with external parties including vendors, contractors, and suppliers within the retail scope.
  • Distribute the store opening schedule to strategic business partners and follow up as required.
  • Coordinate with franchisees and contractors to ensure proper implementation of branding guidelines and report deviations.
  • Manage the transformation process to shift approved stores to franchisees under guidance from the Manager Channel Premises.
  • Coordinate with Facility Teams to meet standards for the look and feel of retail shops, reporting deficiencies and deviations.
  • Prepare PR for related tasks following guidance from the Manager Channel Premises and follow up until payments are completed.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing department for quotations as needed.
  • Review and recommend improvements to processes related to shop building and maintenance.
  • Produce periodic reports to monitor progress of assigned tasks in line with guidelines.
  • Ensure timely production and distribution of campaigns and collateral.
  • Update the TMM according to business needs.
  • Oversee demo device distribution and availability in stores.
  • Follow up on mystery shopper reports to ensure compliance with retail guidelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Other Information
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Business Administration.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous sales or merchandising experience in a related industry.

  • Must have completed at least one year with the company.
  • Inform your line manager via email.
  • Sick leave must not exceed fifteen days.
  • No valid warnings on record.
  • Last appraisal must be at least 'Solid Performer' or higher.
