Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager (API Integrations), you will play a key role in supporting and managing our partner integrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding and operational experience for external API service providers. You will work closely with product, engineering, and partner teams to ensure seamless technical implementation and ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for external partners during API onboarding and integration processes.
  • Manage end-to-end API integration projects, including planning, technical coordination, and timeline management.
  • Proactively identify partner needs and challenges, and provide technical guidance and solutions to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Monitor integration performance and support partners in troubleshooting and optimizing API usage.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to communicate partner feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, integration guides, and best practices to support partners.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze integration success metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
