Job Duties and Qualifications

Under general supervision, performs preventive and predictive maintenance and repair of electronic and/or electrical equipment at assigned locations. Possesses intermediate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Performs advanced testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance. Must be proficient in understanding and interpreting electronic and electrical schematics, drawings, and prints. Uses Halliburton-specific software and hardware. Must have advanced computer literacy. Knowledge of part identification and system search is required for accurate spares procurement. Ensures accurate data entry and maintenance in Halliburton's system of record. Follows specific work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS). Performs tasks independently and mentors others as needed. Ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and effectively. Proper job performance impacts cost, efficiency, profitability, and operations; errors are easily measurable and confined. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic fields are required. A technical certification or associate's degree in an electrical field is preferred.
