CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions, responsible for financing and managing visa application centers to process Schengen visa applications.

We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250,000 visa applicants each year.

As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our Operations department by hiring experienced Visa Application Officers seeking new challenges within a dynamic and human-focused company.

Description

As a Visa Agent Officer, you will be the primary point of contact between Capago and visa applicants, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming all visa applicants at the visa application center;
  • Processing visa applications (front office);
  • Collecting payments from applicants (Payment counter);
  • Managing biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry);
  • Handling all back office tasks to finalize visa applications;
  • Performing all other tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work;
  • Ability to adapt to changing visa requirements and procedures;
  • Proficient computer skills, including document management systems and databases;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Handling challenging customer interactions professionally;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy;
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken);
  • French is a plus;
  • Organizational skills and autonomy;
  • Good teamwork abilities.
Diplomas and Experience
  • Licence in a customer service-related field;
  • Additional tertiary qualifications are advantageous;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong customer service background, with experience handling objections preferred.
