• Conduct the following activities in accordance with John Crane Drawings, SOP's and relevant Standards:
• Stripping and inspection of mechanical seals.
• Assessment and cleaning of seal components.
• Identify and Prepare list of components that are required either to be replaced or repaired.
• Repair (including face lapping/polishing) and Assembly of mechanical seals.
• Testing of mechanical seals.
• Compliance of John Crane QHSE standards & Policies.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping and carrying out required Preventive Maintenance & Calibrations activities for all workshop equipment and tools where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with workshop team for meeting customer's expectations and requirements.
• Contribution in lean six sigma activities.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical seal drawings and component drawings in terms recognizing seal details, components, dimensions, MOC, seal orientation….etc.

• 5+ Years of proven experience in repairing of wet mechanical seals or related industrial rotating equipment.
• Demonstrated expertise in global corporations and in diverse industrial sectors including but not limited to oil & gas, power, and water sectors.
• Proficient in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and specialized equipment for seal repair.
• Experience with ERP System (SAP or equivalent).
• Languages: Fluent English written and spoken.
• Computer skills for using ERP system and MS Office.
• Knowledge about lean six sigma standards and principles.
