Assists the Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Relations department. Responsible for handling all service-related matters for guest arrivals, such as room and reservation checks, with special attention to VIP guests. Ensures the department achieves its goals of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel, demonstrating strong traits in the following areas:

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in luxury operations (at least 2 years of experience in a similar role required)
  • An eye for detail and a passion for customer service
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments
  • An inspirational, caring, and engaging leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for training and hands-on operational work
  • Pre-opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous
