We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of Kuwait's landmark mega building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil or Architectural Engineering and must have prior approvals for building projects in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and oversee the entire project from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the project complies with all local regulations, codes, and approval processes (including obtaining relevant governmental and authority approvals).
  3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and effective problem-solving.
  6. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work on-site to ensure it meets the project's specifications and international standards.
  7. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the project team, fostering a collaborative work environment to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's is a plus)
  • 15+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale building projects
  • Must have prior project approvals and successful track record in navigating governmental authorities in Kuwait
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and timeline management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
