Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Perform thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults, focusing on engine control and monitoring systems.
  • Crane Component Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of key crane components, conducting replacements and repair works as needed.
  • Vibration Analysis: Utilize vibration analysis and engine monitoring techniques to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team, ensuring adherence to crane safety procedures and effective maintenance techniques through training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with LHM Cranes or similar harbor cranes.
  • Deep understanding of engine control systems and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in managing and maintaining port heavy equipment fleets.
  • Proficiency in vibration analysis and engine monitoring to detect potential mechanical or electrical faults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
