We are partnering with a leading Kuwaiti Private Bank to hire a Senior Manager for a strategic leadership role within the Private Banking division. This position focuses on banking strategy, data-driven decision-making, transformation initiatives, and proposition development—acting as a COO-type leader in Private Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive transformation within Private Banking.
- Lead data-driven decision-making to enhance banking propositions and customer experiences.
- Oversee process improvements and operational efficiencies to strengthen the bank's Private Banking division.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align strategic goals with business growth.
- Identify and implement innovative banking solutions to enhance client services and offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Kuwaiti residence
- Extensive experience in Private Banking, with a strong background in strategy, data, transformation, and proposition development.
- Proven leadership experience in a COO-type role or similar within the banking industry.
- Ability to work at a senior level, potentially at Executive Manager, Deputy General Manager (DGM), or General Manager (GM) level, depending on experience.
