B. Online offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and budgets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Defining and documenting clear project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Preparing detailed engineering documents, including technical solutions, drawings, and supporting documentation, for project execution in line with awarded contracts and BOQs.
  • Developing and maintaining robust project plans, incorporating work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Managing the onsite implementation of electronic security systems (ELV, CCTV, Access Control, etc.), with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Overseeing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving strategies.
  • Identifying and proactively addressing project risks, developing appropriate contingency measures.
  • Leading and supporting the project execution team, supervising system commissioning, test procedures, and providing technical support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.

You will Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the installation and site inspection of ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Gate barriers, Intercom, Security Access Control systems in large and mid-sized projects within Kuwait.
  • A solid understanding of ICT technologies and advancements in the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for large building projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering on commitments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
