We are looking for a talented fragrance advisor to join our Dubai team. Our Fragrance advisors deliver excellent customer service through: identifying customer needs, offering advice, demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring store standards are maintained to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

1. Welcome customers into the store/brand; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store.
2. Deliver high brand knowledge at all times, demonstrating knowledge from training received.
3. Ensure product and hygiene guidelines and all brand values are upheld as per the brand guideline standards.
4. Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves. Maintain the Minimum Display Quantities level and all aspects of brand VM guidelines.
5. Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays, testers, and glorifiers.
6. Check stock levels daily and communicate replenishment needs or customer demands effectively to the Line Manager to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
7. Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager's request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards, personal sales summary sheets, promotional activity feedbacks, action plans, and other business requirements.
8. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- You will be educated to High School Certification Level and trained in basic fragrance skills.

- You will have 1 to 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
