Treasury Cashier ( Collector under Treasury Manager - Accounts Receivables )

Job Description
  • Responsible for accurately posting payments to accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all financial records are updated and accurate.
  • Reconciliation of client accounts to ensure payments are correctly applied.
  • Maintaining accurate records of credits, Discounts, and collection activities.
  • Managing and overseeing billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Addressing client inquiries regarding their accounts professionally.
  • Report on collection outcomes and Work closely with the Treasury manager.
  • Supporting the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for the Treasury manager
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to support smooth financial operations.

Preferred Candidate Skills
  • Experience in Real Estate billings and Collections
  • Experience in dealing with accounts receivable and customer aging reports.
  • High level of computer literacy, Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or Dynamics 365 will be a priority.
