JOB TITLE

Community Lead | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | Marketing

ROLE SUMMARY

The Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations. The role focuses on building relations with local relevance and creating meaningful long-term relationships with studios and brand ambassadors to reach new guests and diversify lululemon's community.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Responsible for building relationships with shopping centers and city studios.
  • Manage the community initiatives related to costs, ensuring compliance with the budget.
  • Build strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors & Store teams.
  • Organize and oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes in the community.
  • Stay in compliance with brand standards at all times.
  • Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in the local athletic communities/affiliated studios.
  • Be a brand guardian for any community request, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related subject. A Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
  • 5+ years in marketing or event management, ideally in the fitness field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a team player.
