A reputed healthcare institution in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee contractor personnel and ensure compliance with healthcare operations and HR protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Administrative Management or Healthcare Management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Supervisor in the Human Resources field, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to handle independent correspondence in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant computer applications

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure proper deployment of contractor personnel
  • Conduct routine supervision, rounds, and coordination with Nursing Officers
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, dress codes, and HSEMS procedures
  • Maintain records of attendance, leave, overtime, and staff duty schedules
  • Handle disciplinary actions and communicate with the Superintendent as required
  • Manage staff complaints, investigations, and coordinate responses with the company
  • Prepare and maintain annual leave plans, monthly schedules, and overtime statistics
  • Address staff queries related to transport, accommodation, salaries, and uniforms
  • Organize and maintain sensitive HR documentation and correspondences
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding of newly recruited contract staff
